When priorities compete and tensions take up space, it can be hard to know where to begin. We start with your reality: decisions, cross-functional relationships and issues that remain unresolved.
As your business grows, success may call for different ways of leading and collaborating. Coaching helps the team question familiar patterns, share responsibility and build success that also supports lasting wellbeing.
The process
1. Clarify with the sponsor
An initial conversation explores the context, expectations, the leader’s role and their commitment to the work.
2. Design with the team
We bring perspectives together and agree on objectives, confidentiality and ways of working. Executive coaching may precede or accompany team work.
3. Experiment in practice
Team sessions, meeting observation, facilitation or offsites are selected according to need. Commitments are put into practice between sessions.
4. Review progress
Regular reviews help identify what is changing and adjust the approach with the relevant stakeholders.
Objectives we agree together
What does progress look like?
Clearer priorities and responsibilities.
Decisions translated into actions with follow-through.
Disagreements addressed more openly.
Smoother collaboration across functions and cultures.
A team that resolves more issues without escalating everything to its leader.
These indicators are tailored to your context. They are objectives for the work, rather than guaranteed outcomes.
My mission
Create the conditions for the team and every member to succeed.
Understand yourself, others and the dynamics of the group, to support lasting performance and wellbeing. Leadership is expressed through behaviour, not just a title: taking initiative, listening and helping others move forward. We strengthen each person’s ability to step back, choose their response and act on what is within their influence.
Understand yourself
Recognise your reactions, habits and impact to broaden your choices.
Understand others
Explore different perspectives, clarify expectations and make differences a resource.
Understand the group
Explore the team’s “hidden life”: unwritten rules, informal roles and unspoken issues.
See differently → Experiment → Adjust together
The approach in practice
Courageous conversations. Change through practice.
The work starts with what is actually happening in your organisation. We explore what gets in the way of open dialogue, then practise different ways of talking and acting.
Make room for voices that are heard less often.
Question habits and unwritten rules.
Use disagreement to reach stronger decisions.

Learning together · Methods selected to suit your needs
I regularly draw on complementary methods, including Action Learning and drivers from Transactional Analysis. These resources remain in service of your situation and the objectives we agree together.
A professional framework you can trust
Ethics and confidentiality
Confidential from our first conversation
Our conversations are confidential, from the initial contact through to the end of the engagement. We clarify the confidentiality framework and its limits at the outset, in line with the ICF Code of Ethics.
When an organisation sponsors the coaching, we agree together what may be shared, with whom and how. Individual and collective coaching spaces are clearly distinguished.
Ongoing professional development
After first gaining the ICF ACC credential, I obtained the PCC (Professional Certified Coach) credential in 2024. Renewal is required every three years, keeping me engaged in continuing education and reflection on my practice. My next renewal is due in 2027.
Continuing education and supervision support my practice, helping me question my approach and develop my skills.
A team seminar, company seminar or leadership offsite creates time to step back, explore different perspectives and work on a shared challenge. I prepare the facilitation with the sponsor: objectives, participants, context and intended outcomes. During the session, the group works on real situations and agrees its next steps. A seminar can stand alone or form part of a longer coaching engagement.
Executive team offsites, cross-functional collaboration workshops, facilitated co-development groups and workshops on feedback or delegation: the approach is tailored to the group’s needs, in English or French, in national or international settings.
Not necessarily. Our initial conversation helps determine whether individual coaching would be useful before or alongside team work.
What duration and budget should we expect?
These are defined after clarifying your needs, based on team size, objectives, format and working languages. A proposal sets out the scope and terms.
How is confidentiality managed?
We agree the framework with the sponsor and team at the outset: what remains confidential, what can be shared and how progress reviews will work. Individual and team spaces are clearly distinguished.
Can we work in English?
Yes. I coach in English and French, including international and multicultural teams.
What is organisational coaching?
Organisational coaching looks at interactions between teams, management levels and their wider environment. Depending on the agreed needs, it can combine executive coaching, team coaching and work across teams. The aim is to strengthen the organisation’s ability to observe, decide, collaborate and adapt.
Do you coach international and intercultural teams?
Yes. I support international companies and multicultural teams in English and French. We explore differences in culture, professional background and attitudes towards authority to clarify expectations and improve collaboration, without reducing individuals to stereotypes.
How is team coaching different from team building?
Team building often focuses on a shared experience or cohesion. Team coaching works with a real team over time, addressing its goals, decisions, collaboration and stakeholders. A workshop or offsite can be a starting point, followed by opportunities to practise and review new ways of working.
Do you only work in Paris?
Based in the Paris area, I work in person and online, in France and internationally. We agree formats, travel and working languages to suit your needs.
Which coaching tools and approaches do you use?
Depending on your goals, I may draw on AEC DISC, The Human Element (Will Schutz), team psychological safety, TC360, Action Learning, co-development, Appreciative Inquiry or drivers from transactional analysis. The drivers were developed by Taibi Kahler, also the creator of the Process Communication Model. We choose methods to suit your situation rather than applying the same programme to everyone.
Which leadership and collaboration issues do you work on?
Coaching and workshops can address delegation and empowerment, feedback, clear objectives and roles, leadership behaviours, difficult conversations, cross-functional cooperation, hybrid management, intercultural collaboration and leading change. The work connects performance with the conditions for trust, engagement and lasting wellbeing.
Let’s start with a conversation
What would you like to change in your team?
You do not need to have it all worked out. You can bring an unclear situation, a tension or the feeling that you are carrying too much on your own.
In a free, confidential 30-minute conversation, we step back from your situation and explore a possible first step. It is also a chance to see whether you feel comfortable working with me.
